Blepharoplasty, more popularly known as "eyelid surgery", is a procedure that focuses on pouches (also known as "fat bags"), sagging eyelids, and excess folds of skin, all around the eye area. It is usually an outpatient procedure, which can be done in 1 to 2 hours, administering local anesthesia to keep the patient awake.
